3、especifications(v2.0)oftheUNLlanguage,intendedtoencodethemeaningofNLutterancesassemantichypergraphsandtobeusedasa"pivot"representationinmultilingualinformationandcommunicationsystems.AUNLdocumentisanhtmldocumentwithspecialtagstodelimittheutterancesandtheirrenderinginUNLandinall
4、naturallanguagescurrentlyhandled.UNLcanbeviewedasthefuture"htmlofthelinguisticcontent".Itisonlyaninterfaceformat,leadingaswelltothereuseofexistingNLPcomponentsastothedevelopmentoforiginaltoolsinavarietyofpossibleapplications,fromautomaticroughenconversionforinformationretrieval
