1、第一章绪论摘要生产工艺的要求及市场的需求催生了我国机床加工设备的现代化.为了充分发挥设备效能,迅速提升加工技术与性能,越来越多的企业每年投入大量的资金与技术对传统老式机床进行技术改造.PLC技术的不断发展为机床设备的技术改造提供了强有力的技术支持.利用PLC对立式车床电气控制系统的改造,实现编程输入、人机交互、自动加工的控制方式,扩大了机床的加工能力,减少了机床故障,提高了机床使用效率,取得了良好的效果。利用PLC对立式车床电气控制系统的改造已成为企业对机床进行技术改造的有效途径。应用PLC改造后,机床的可靠性得到提升,不但大大提高了立式车床的可靠性和抗干扰能力,而且大大简化了和减少了
