1、分类号摘要首先通过对钢板弹簧的弹性特性进行分析,熟悉钢板弹簧的组成和类别。然后研究一些对汽车行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性有影响的因素,并通过对这些因素的分析和研究,综合考虑各个因素,要清楚地知道所要设计的悬架应符合的要求。接着对长安星卡SC1022D7车型的已有数据进行分析计算,通过一系列的数据,分析出一套钢板弹簧系统。.最后,运用三维设计软件进行绘图,并对所设计的钢板弹簧悬架和该车型原有的悬架进行比较,指出在原有的基础上,所设计的钢板弹簧悬架的设计优点。通过研究分析,本文基本上完成了预定的任务,设计出比较合理的钢板弹簧悬架系统。所设计的钢板弹簧悬架与以前相比有比较突出的优点,使其行驶平
