2、通过分析发现，连云港港口在发展过程中存在着腹地经济较为落后、与区域联系不紧密等消极因素，也具有地理条件优越、发展机遇较多等积极因素。然后本文采用层次分析法（AHP）改进传统SWOT法并进行定量分析，得出优势、劣势、机遇和威胁的权重及各项评价指标权重，然后计算各指标力度并构造战略四边形，最终确定连云港港口物流发展的战略，根据分析的结果并结合连云港港口的实际情况提出了积极拉动临港产业发展，满足客户的多样化需求等港口物流发展对策。【关键词】连云港港口；SWOT分析法；SWOT-AHP盐城师范学院毕业论文ResearchonPortLog
