2、题，并且分别提出了解决对策。具体本文的内容安排如下：首先，本文首先介绍了国内外对库存管理的相关研究，继而阐述了库存管理的意义，并对万向的背景进行了介绍；其次，分析万向公司的库存现状，对其存在的问题进行分析并归纳出其存在的问题，包括需求预测不准确导致库存积压、仓库管理效率低下等，并找出问题存在的原因；最后，针对库存管理存在的问题，提出相对应的对策，构建模型，并且提出意见及展望，以推进万向公司库存管理政策的深入贯彻与落实。【关键词】库存管理；需求预测；ABC模型盐城师范学院毕业论文ResearchonInventoryManag
