1、摘要幼儿教育是我国教育事业不可或缺的一部分,是教育的启蒙阶段,随着国家对教育的关注,人们越来越重视幼儿教学活动设计。幼儿教学活动设计不仅影响着幼儿当前的教育发展,还制约着今后学校教育的发展,在幼儿这一生的学习生活中扮演着重要的角色。这不仅仅是我国当前教育关注的重点,更是世界教育关注的焦点。本研究通过文献法、作品分析法、访谈法等方法,在已有关于“教学活动设计”研究成果的基础上,深入分析和研究如今幼儿教学活动设计中存在的主要问题。研究发现,在幼儿教学活动设计中,由于多数幼儿教师对幼儿身心发展掌握不透彻,对幼儿已有经验把握不足,致使活动设计缺乏创造性;活动设计内容不适应当前幼儿发展水
2、平;活动反思单一。这些问题的出现,大大降低了幼儿教学活动设计的有效性、实施性,局限了幼儿知识的扩展和思维的发展。针对研究中出现的问题,为切实解决这些问题,本研究提出了以下建议:加强幼儿教师教学活动的设计能力;设计符合幼儿身心发展水平的内容;提高幼儿教师教学反思的能力等。关键词:幼儿教学;教师;教学活动设计;现状AbstractEarlychildhoodeducationisanindispensablepartofChina'seducation,educationistheenlightenmentstage,withthecountry'sconcernforeducat

5、earlychildhoodteachingactivities,becausemostofthechildren'steachersonthephysicalandmentaldevelopmentofyoungchildrendonotgraspthelackofexperiencetograspthelackofchildren,resultinginlackofcreativedesignactivities;activitiesdesignedcontentisnotsuitedtothecurrentlevelofearlychildhooddevelopment;
