1、摘 要随着时代的进步教育事业也在不断地向前发展，如今，在我国的素质教育的大背景下，依然秉承“教育德为先”的宗旨。而如今信息技术的逐步漫延，在教育中面对新的技术的发展我们的德育工作也出现多个方面的问题，本文就针对德育工作中所存在的问题进行深入地分析与探究并提出一系列可行方案以便之后德育工作的有效进行。德育是素质教育的灵魂所在，德育教育就是育德是培养人求善、知善、行善的教育，对一个社会乃至一个国家来说德育就是经济基础，所谓经济基础决定上层建筑，德育教育的质量稳步提升我国的教育水平便会有一个质的飞跃。如何有效地解决德育工作中遇到的
2、重要问题及德育工作中将会遇到那些问题做出具体分析。随着信息时代的发展，信息技术也慢慢渗透于小学教育当中这便要求教育工作在打破以往的传统的教育观念大胆创新，针对如今新型的发展模式解决新形势下遇到的德育工作问题。本文将对德育问题的提出、国内外小学德育研究现状及发展趋势、对咸阳师院附小的德育工作的现状调查及分析、提出德育工作的对策四方面入手。关键词:德育；德育工作；问题；对策AbstractWiththeprogressofeducationinthetimesareconstantlymovingforward, andnow,
