1、浙江财经学院本科生毕业论文（设计）我国中小企业信用担保体系问题研究——以温州中小企业资金链断裂事件为例摘要：随着中国的经济体制的改革，我国的中小企业成为推进国民经济发展的主要力量，也变得越来越促进地区经济增长，是扩大就业的主要载体。本文主要从中小企业信用担保体系的相关理论基础、经济学解释出发，阐述了我国实行中小企业信用担保体系的必要性，然后分析了我国中小企业信用担保体系的现状，归纳出其中存在的问题，同时通过对温州地区的中小企业信用担保体系进行了研究，通过温州中小企业资金链断裂的现实情况，如何防范资金风险，维护资金安全成为社会关注
