4、chanismsofdisorderforma-tioninsinglelayers,bilayersandmulti-layersofgraphene.TheratiobetweentheDandGpeakintensitiesintheRamanspectraofsinglelayersishigherthanforbilayersandmulti-layers,indicatingahigheramountofdisorder.Thiscannotbeonlyascribedtopoint+defects
5、,originatingfromdirectCCcollisions,butalsothedifferentinteractionsofsinglelayersandfewlayerswiththesubstrateplaysacrucialrole.AsdemonstratedbyAFM,for132irradiationatfluenceshigherthan5·10cm,themorphologyofsinglelayersbecomesfullyconformedtothatoftheSiO2subst
