1、摘要随着公路桥以及高速铁路桥的需求越来越多,现浇预应力混凝土连续桥梁挂篮施工应用越来越广泛。本设计主要针对某特大桥挂篮施工进行研究,找出其危险源并做出安全评价。首先通过对该工程实例的研究运用安全检查表法找出挂篮施工中的危险源,将一些发生频率高、危害程度大的事件用表格的形式列出,发现挂篮倾覆这一事件危害程度较大,导致该事件发生的原因也较多。针对挂篮倾覆这一事件,用层次分析法对其进行分析,建立递阶层次结构,构造两两比较判断矩阵,运用方根法计算出各危险源因素权重,然后进行模糊综合分析,得出挂篮倾覆失稳的危险等级(安全程度)。然后针对各个危
2、险源,提出安全对策措施。通过设计研究发现,挂篮施工中挂篮倾覆事故是一件危害巨大且发生频率相对较多的事故。要预防该事故的发生,应着重预防施工中挂篮行走时发生挂篮倾覆。做到“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”这一准则,加强监督检查,就能预防该事故的发生。关键词:菱形挂篮;安全检查表;安全评价;模糊层次综合评价法AbstractWiththeincreasingdemandofhighwaybridgesandhigh-speedrailwaybridges,theconstructionofcast-in-situprestressedco

5、hicalstructurewasestablishedbyanalytichierarchyprocess(AHP).Inthispaper,acomparativejudgmentmatrixisconstructed,andtheweightofeachriskfactoriscalculatedbysquarerootmethod,andthenfuzzycomprehensiveanalysisiscarriedout,andthedangerousgrade(safetydegree)ofhangingbasketove
6、rturninginstabilityisobtained.Thenaccordingtoeachdangeroussource,putsforwardthesafetycountermeasuremeasure.Throughthedesignresearch,itisfoundthattheoverturningaccidentofhangingbasketintheconstructionofhangingbasketisoneofthemostharmfulandrelativelyfrequentaccidents.Ino
