2、应该很好。要促进医疗责任险的发展，应该以国家立法形式强制推行医疗责仟保险，并完善相应的配套法规，促使保险公司加快产品开发步伐，同时加强法制宣传，提高公众的维权意识，并加强复合型人爿‘的培养。应该看到，随着医疗体制改革的深入，医疗责任险会逐步从医疗机构为主要投保人向医生为投保人过渡。另外，在发展过程中应注意完善医疗保险体系以解决实施医疗责任险后医疗费用的增长问题，同时根据经济发展状况合理制定赔偿标准，防止走入误区。医疗责任保险的整体发展战略应有步骤分阶段进行。关键词：医疗纠纷【廷疗责任险发展前景建议首都经济贸易足学硕士学位论丈．《我国医疗责任险发展
