2、品供给数据对我国市级政府公共产品供给绩效评估进行了实证研究，主要内容及结论如下：(1)在分析当前我国市级政府公共产品供给的现状、影响因素及其特征的基础上，构建了由公共产品供给指标体系，公共产品供给绩效评估工具、公共产品供给绩效类型划分三个要素组成的市级政府公共产品供给绩效评估模型。(2)实证研究了安徽省17市2000年、2005年、2007年的公共产品供给状况。主要结论：安徽省各市级政府公共产品供给绩效正以“低位爬升”的姿态持续改善，这种绩效的改善与当地经济社会发展水平呈高度相关性：安徽省各市级政府公共产品供给绩效存在明显的结构性差异，政府间的公共产品供给差距越来越大；安徽省各市级政府
