1、摘要目前,石墨烯优异的电学、光学和热性能已引起世界各国研究者的关注。石墨烯是一种二维纳米材料,在光电、电磁、通信等领域有着重要的应用前景。由于大面积单层石墨烯的制备困难,以及多层石墨烯优异的太赫兹器件应用潜力、简单的制备工艺等特点,多层石墨烯的应用也越来越频繁。本文基于对单层石墨烯电导率的分析,研究了多层石墨烯在太赫兹波段的电导率及其零极点提取等内容。理论分析和数值模拟能够降低成本,进而加快石墨烯器件的设计、生产及应用。矢量匹配法能够以较少的迭代次数获得精确的近似结果,并可提取整个分析频段近似展开式的极点和留数,在进行逆傅里叶变换后仍可用于后续
2、的时域计算,本文采用矢量拟合法精确描述多层石墨烯材料太赫兹频段的电导率、阻抗以及温度、化学势对电导率的影响,另外为了适应高速、宽带信号和非线性系统日益增多的工程应用,石墨烯瞬态电磁问题的时域分析方法也逐渐发展起来,本文通过时域积分方程方法离散石墨烯表面,仿真石墨烯太赫兹频段的瞬态电磁特性,将矢量拟合法与时域积分方程相结合,通过逆傅里叶变换得到时域积分方程方法所需的时域表面阻抗,本文在理论分析以及数值仿真的基础上,研究了太赫兹频段多层石墨烯的电导率,为石墨烯太赫兹器件在太赫兹通信器件领域的发展提供了有利帮助。关键词:多层石墨烯;太赫兹;电导率;矢
