1、摘要互联网时代背景下，微博作为网络舆论监督的主要渠道之一，越来越受到人们关注和使用，微博也成为网络舆论监督的主战场。本文将通过案例分析概括出微博舆论监督现存的问题，并提出了一些切实可行的对策，使微博舆论监督能在政府的正确引导之下，在公民言论自由与政府监管之间寻求平衡点，使微博舆论监督更加规范化，法制化。本文分为四个部分。第一部分主要是介绍微博舆论监督国内外学者研究现状及其存在的不足，还有本文可能存在的创新点和不足之处；第二部分主要是介绍微博舆论监督的相关概念，包括主体，对象，方式，特点，为研究本课题做基本了解。第三部分主要
2、是结合具体案例——泸州太伏中学学生坠楼案件分析微博舆论监督存在的问题，并从中思考微博舆论监督各方存在的不足之处；第四部分从公民，政府，法律，微博自身四个方面入手，为我国微博舆论监督提出适合的管理和监管方法，使微博舆论监督可以充分发挥交互性作用的情况下最大限度发挥其有用性和可行性，为政府控制和利用舆情提供新思路，使其适应互联网时代的要求。关键词：微博；微博舆论监督；管理和监管； AbstractUnderthebackgroundoftheInternetera,WEIBO, as one of the main chann
