1、摘要随着时代的发展，信息和技术的进步，传统的燃煤取暖燃煤做饭已经无法跟上时代的脚步，同时燃煤造成的污染给环境和卫生造成了巨大的压力，也对人体健康造成很大的影响。越来越多的的人开始追求环保产品。市场对电子取暖等新型环保产品的需求不断增大，在很大程度上促进了电供热产品的研发和进步。然而这些产品因为高昂的价格和相对有些难度的操作造成在市场上的难以普及。直到2016年随着电供热技术的成熟，和在治理散烧煤技术上的成熟。国家尝试通过政策强制推行清洁能源，其中包括电能和天然气。在国家的不断探索和实践中，从“煤改气”到“煤改电”，政策也慢慢的成熟。我对其中的原因进行了简单的探

2、讨。然后围绕“煤改电”政策及其存在的问题展开探讨。本文以实证分析和理论分析为主，分析我国京津冀地区农村“煤改电”政策的发展历程和现状，并对其不同阶段存在的问题进行分析，对比其他区域或国家的发展经验提出部分策略和具体措施上的建议。论文共分为五章。第一章是绪论，介绍了研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究动态、研究内容和研究方法。第二章介绍了相关概念，阐述了在京津冀农村地区实施“煤改电”的必要性和可行性。第三章介绍了“煤改电”的现状。第四章阐述了现阶段京津冀地区实施“煤改电”存在的问题及原因。第五章则是对这些问题提出几点相应的意见等。关键词：京津冀农村煤改电 Abstra
