1、摘要注塑技术的发展为人们提供了很多的便捷,人们在对产品高质量的追求的同时,不断地降低成本,这对研究注塑模具有很大的意义,而对于塑料模具,则有了更大的发展空间。本课题主要是滚动轴承的模具设计,通过对塑料的分析理解,最终选出合适的注塑模,从产品的工艺分析,详细的描述注塑模设计,包括其概念定义,对分型面的选择、浇注系统、脱模机构、侧向抽芯机构、排气系统、温度调节及相关的尺寸计算来完成此次轴承支架的注塑模具设计。关键词:Abs浇注系统注射机侧抽芯Abstract Injection molding technology development provides a lot of con
