1、摘要汽车雨刮器,是一个很小却又不容忽视的汽车部件,它能擦亮汽车的挡风玻璃,使司机的视线更加清晰。其功能是将玻璃上的雨水、尘埃、泥污刮净,以获得清晰的视野,保证行车安全。有的国家已将雨刮器的技术状态列入车辆年检项目。本设计要求进行轿车雨刮器部件尺寸的设计,求解刮扫面积,电机选型,电路分析,利用ADAMS软件进行运动分析,获得运动的轨迹和速度,并用Pro/E绘出三维模型。运用三维建模软件Pro/E与动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立雨刮器模型,并进行运动仿真,分析雨刮器的运动曲线,对雨刮器做进一步的设计,力求使刮刷区域进一步增
