4、casting.Thisexcellentproductisworkedlikebalsawood,butremainstableandwatertightforwetsanding.Blocksroughlytracedusingthebrassframesastemplates,thenroughlycutwithanelectromagneticvibratingwiresawandgluedinplacewithZap-a-Gap,withbrassphotoetchedframesins
5、erted.Thesandingstepwasveryeasy:onehadjusttosandtheblockuntilthepapertouchesthebrassframeswhichareharder,makingadifferentnoiseonthem.This"rumblenoise"wasthesignaltostop.UsingthissimplewayImanagedtoshapethehullsquicklywithoutusinganygauge,template,meas
