4、icbalancebetweeninputandoutputofthegroundwaterbasins,andtotrytoimproveresourcificationoftheminewater.Allsolutionsmustguaranteetheeco-environmentquality.Thispaperpresentsanewideaofoptimumcombinationofwaterdrainage,watersupplyandeco-environmentprotectionsoastosolvetheproblemofunstableminewatersu
5、pply,whichiscausedbythechangeablewaterdrainageforthewholecombinationsystem.Boththemanagementofhydraulictechniquesandconstraintsineconomy,society,ecology,environment,industrialstructuraladjustmentsandsustainabledevelopmentshavebeentakenintoaccount.Sincethetraditionalandseparatemanagementofdiffe
