2、得模型不仅计及系统中各种主要的不确定性因素，而且对系统的安全状况进行了定量的描述。动态安全域理论可以大大降低概率安全评估的计算量，使得该模型具有实用性。评估结果可以用于指导运行人员在安全控制中制定正确的决策。电力系统概率不安全指标能够综合考虑故障率、负荷波动、故障地点、故障电阻等不确定因素的影响，并对电力系统中各个电力元件甚至整个系统的安全性状况进行定量描述，同时给出了系统故障后的安全性水平和系统的稳定裕度等信息，具有很好的实用价值。基于这些优点，对概率不安全指标的应用进行了进一步的探讨，主要从电力系统紧急
