1、Xi`an水平井裸眼封隔器完井分段压裂技术研究李民辽河油田井下作业公司摘要:为提高苏里格气田三低气田的改造效果,2009年在苏10区块引进并成功实施了水平井裸眼封隔器完井分段压裂技术。该技术要点包括水平井分段压裂设计思路、裂缝参数优化、施工设计参数优化、压裂液配方优化、配套对策措施、分段完井压裂管柱及井口、施工组织预案及应急预案等。本文主要以苏10区块实施的4口井的资料为依据,详细介绍了该技术从设计到实施的全过程。其中主要工作是在裸眼封隔器完井的基础上,结合该区块地质特点和直井压裂开发经验,有针对性的开展了裸眼完井方式
2、下的压裂方案设计与优化工作。包括水平井压裂液配方研究与设计、压裂参数设计、施工组织等工作,同时形成了液体隔断粘度技术、变排量技术、支撑剂隔断技术等配套技术措施,最终保证了水平井裸眼封隔完井分段压裂技术的在苏里格气田的成功实施。该区块实施的4口井改造效果良好,单井日产气6~12万方,是直井产量的3~5倍,实现了水平井高效开发的目标。该技术的成功应用推动了苏里格气田低渗储层的经济有效开发,2010年在苏里格气田得到推广实施。关键词:苏10区块三低气藏水平井裸眼封隔器完井分段压裂参数优化配方优化Studyofthehoriz
