2、分。第一部分从通识教育的概念分析入手，结合其历史发展进'程，确立通识教育的精神要旨及其在大学教育中发挥的积极作用。第二部分概述了全球化的概念和特征，并对通识教育在全球化背景下的发展趋势进行了分析。明确了通识教育未来的探索方向。第三部分是本文的重点和难点，该部分阐述了我国通识教育的发展进程，客观地分析了我国通专教育之争的历史演变和影响；详细考察了我国通识教育的现状，分析了影响其实施的主要因素，并总结出我国通识教育目前所取得的成就及其突出特征。第四部分探讨如何在全球化背景下发展我国通识教育，并针对当前我国通识教育出现的一些问题，提出了一些具体措施和建议。关键词：通识教育全球化中国高等教育改革趋
