3、surfacefaceswhicharesuitableformanufacturing.Threeapproachestomakethepartappearmorerealistic.Theincorporationofforcreatingthethree-dimensionaltexturearepresented.textureonthemodelledsurfaceenhancesthevisualeffectofThefirstapproachistoprocessadesignfromeitheranthemodelledpart.Thisi
4、mprovesthegraphicssimulationofartist'ssketchoranimagefromatwo-dimensionalscan.Thethepartasarealobject.Currently,mosttexturingtechniquessecondapproachusesathree-dimensionalscannedtexture.aresimilartoeithersolidtexturing[4]orbumpmapping[5].Boththeseapproachesdependonthequalityofthes
5、cannedThesetexturingtechniquesdonotprovideathree-dimensionalimageandaremoretediousthanthethirdapproach,whichrepresentationofthetexturedsurface.Thisimpliesthattheistoconverttextureusingparametersandisamoredirecttexturedsurfacemodelledcannotbemanufactured,thatis,theapproach.Intheuse
6、rinterfacedesign,twocustom-madeformstextureitselfcannotbemachined.Therefore,thereisaneedaredevelopedtocaterforbothregularandirregulartextures.tocreatea"real"three-dimensionaltexturewhichcanbeThecasestudieshaveshownthatthetexturescreatedaremachined.notonlygoodforavisualeffect,butar
