1、毕业论文论文题目房地产行业财务风险分析---以万科为例专业名称财务管理班级名称学生姓名学生学号指导教师摘要III伴随着我国居民消费结构的改变和社会经济的繁荣，中国居民对住房的需求持续增长，我国房地产行业已经渐渐发展成为支撑国内经济发展的重要产业之一，在现代社会中拥有关键性的地位。早期我国的政府部门改进了全国房地产行业相关政策，为房地产行业发展创造了一个绝佳的机遇。不过，当机会出现时同样也会伴随着危机。房地产行业是一个资金密集型行业，具有资金投入大、周期较长、供应链繁杂、地域性强等特点，房地产的这些特点都决定了它比一般的行业将面临着更巨大的财务风险问题。怎样识别房地
