1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要我幽的县制历史久远，经过自春秋战国以来数千年的演变，目前，县域经济已经成为我国国民经济的基层经济、基本支柱和统筹城乡经济社会发展的重要环节。翠持科学的发展观，发浸壮大县域经济，对解决我国的“三农”问题，推进困家经济和社会发展的现代化进程，全面建设和谐社会具有十分重要的现实与战略意义。革命老区为新中国的诞生作出了重大的贡献和牺牲，研究革命老区县域经济的发展，是一件更加具有重大政治意义和深远历史意义的课题。本文以革命老区一～湖北省红安县县域经济作为研究实体，以1978年为参照系，分析了红安县县域经济发展的现状，指出了红安县县域经济发展的政治优势

2、、资源优势、区位优势，讲明了红安县县域经济发展最根本的压力是经济环境不优和县政府执政能力需要进一步提高，并详实地探究了红安县域经济发展存在国企改革力度小够、民营经济发展滞后、农村经济发展／1；快、金融对县域经济的支持乏力、回定资广投资结构不尽合理、基础教育令人担忧和科教与经济的结合不够紧密、红安文化对县域经济发展有“滞胀”作用等方面的问题，在此基础卜提出，红安县域经济发展要把中央提出的“科教兴国”战略贯穿于发展经济的始终、坚持走可持续发展的道路，以此为前提，红安县域经济发展的战略选择应该是大力实施红色旅游战略、rl，心城镇战略、工、世园区强县战略、开放引进战略。最后对
