2、;机械性能II华中科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractIndirectSelectiveLaserSintering(SLS)canmanufactureanytypesofpartswithcomplexstructure,butwithhighporosityandlowstrength.Theaboveshortagescouldbeimproved,byusingthetechnologyofvacuumsinteringandinfiltrating,however,theproblemofdeformationretractioneasilyhappenedins
3、interedparts,andmechanicalpropertieswere“polluted”byinfiltrationmaterials.Therefore,itwillbeacombinationformedSLS/IsostaticPressing(IP)complexprocesstoachievehighperformanceandcomplicatedparts,whichcanutilizefullytheirownspecificadvantages.Mainresearchcontentsandconclusionsarebelow.(1)Compo
4、siteprocessofSLS/ColdIsostaticPressing(CIP)/HotIsostaticPressing(HIP)wasdeveloped.Ironalloysystemcompositepowderscomposedofalloyelementpowders,suchasFe-C、Fe-Ni-CandFe-Cu-C,andAISI304stainlesssteelpowders,weredevelopedwithepoxyresinE-12asbindermaterial.Alloypartsmadebythenewprocessobtainedhi
5、ghdensityandgoodmechanicalpropertieswithoutshapeerrorthroughSLS,degreasing,CIP,high-temperaturesinteringandHIP.(2)CanningmaterialsusedinSLS/CIPareinvestigated.ComplicatedSLSpartscouldbesealedbysiliconrubberRTV-2whichhashighcuring-processrate,highelasticityandgoodperformanceoftightness.RTV-2
6、issuitableforSLS/CIPcanningmaterial.(3)DensityofpartsaftereachstepoftheprocessweremeasuredaccordingtotheArchimedesprinciple,Theresultsshowedthatdensitywasabout40%afterdegreasing,andcouldbe90%afterCIP.ThroughvacuumsinteringandHIP,densityincreasescontinually.AndthebestonewasFe-0.5Cpartswithde
