2、source,howtoutilizesteelslagasasourceisbecominganimportantprogramwhenthegovernmentisencouragingcleanproductandcycliceconomy.Inthispaper,theglass-ceramicsthatwaspreparedfromsteelslaghasbeenintroducedandanideathatsteelslaginhightemperatureisdirectlymouldhasbeen

3、suggested.Accordingtotheseideaswecanproduceglass-ceramicstosaveenergyandsource.Inthispaper,moreattentionhasbeenpaytothepreparationofsteelslagwithdifferentheattreatingschedulehavedifferentinfluenceonthepropertiesandmicrostructureoftheglass-ceramics.ThroughtheD

4、TA,XRDandSEMalongwiththeresultofpropertiestest,arelativebetternucleation,quantityandheattreatingschedulewerechoose.TheexperimentresultsshowthatwhenTiO2asnucleationisabout2.2%,nucleationtemperatureis700℃andtimeis1hour;crystallizationtemperatureis940℃andtimeis2

5、hour;intheseadditions,thebestpropertiesareachieved.Themicrohardnessis791.8MPa,thebendingstrengthis150MPa,thealkaliuricabilityisbetterthanaciduricability,thecontentofsteelslaginthissampleis47.5%.Accordingtothemicrocosmicanalysis,themaincrystalphaseoftheglass-c

6、eramicsisdiopsideCa(Fe,Mg)Si2O6,withtheminorcrystalphasearealbiteNaAlSi3O8和Na2Ca(CO3)2·5H2O.Diopsideisthemostimportantfactortothemechanicalproperties.Whenitscontentishigher,themechanicalpropertiesaremoreexcellent.Meanwhile,theappearanceofthemaincrystalisalsoi

7、mportanttotheproperties.WhenthemaincrystalparticlesarecompactedandmixedwithgloboseandcylindricalthepropertiesarebetterThetechnicalthathotsteelslagisdirectlymouldhasbeendiscussed.wemadeaelementaryeconomicsanalysistoaprogrambasedon100~150thousandsq.m.glass-cera
