2、关键技术分析及深井ø130?0mm小井眼定向钻井技术配套,形成了一套适用于塔河油田深井侧钻井的随钻扩孔、膨胀管封隔复杂地层及后续小井眼定向钻井的非常规钻完井方案。同时布置了THA井进行试验,试验井创造了国内单次作业最长428m和施工最深5508m2项记录。现场应用结果表明,膨胀管封隔复杂地层钻完井技术解决了塔河油田ø177?8mm套管开窗侧钻泥岩垮塌带来的技术难题,确保了钻井、完井和采油等作业井眼稳定;配套的深井ø130?0mm小井眼定向钻井所需的钻杆、动力钻具和MWD,可以确保泥岩封隔井二开小井眼顺利钻至完钻井深。关键词:膨胀管;小井眼;
