1、****大学毕业论文二零○九年五月邮政物流配送模式选择研究专业班级:物流管理姓名:***指导老师:*******大学摘要本文认为，在当前外国巨头纷纷进入我国物流配送市场的情况下，中国邮政发展物流配送业，必须通过第三方物流配送模式才能拥有很强的竞争力。文章提出，中国邮政在开展物流配送过程中，应依据邮政系统遍布城乡的网络优势,集实物运递网、信息网和金融网于一身等优势，选择第三方物流配送模式。论文通过对邮政物流配送的分析探讨，依据影响中国邮政物流配送的因素，制定出了一系列配送模式选择指标，定性的分析了我国邮政物流配送模式的选择。运用层次分析法，建立了层次结

2、构模型，定量的确立了中国邮政选择第三放物流配送模式。为中国邮政物流降低成本、提高效率、提升顾客满意度提供借鉴。随着越来越多的企业从成本的节约、服务的改进与增加灵活性等方面来考虑，已经决定或准备接受第三方物流。从物流服务的供给方来看，传统的运输、仓储、货代等企业，因为行业竞争的加剧，利润率的降低，也纷纷改造或准备向综合物流服务供应商转型，目前面临的问题是中国邮政在服务水平及物流专业技术与管理能力等方面，与第三方物流的需求还有一定差距，在一定程度上限制了企业对第三方物流服务的需求。因此我国邮政物流应加紧提升自身的水平与能力，跟上第三方物流市场需求的步伐。
