1、基于虚拟仪器的钢轨磨耗检测系统设计摘 要:目前国内钢轨磨耗检测技术主要限于三种方法:人工检测,效率低、测量误差大;接触式电子设备测量,传感器相对磨耗大;非接触式光学测量,精度高、应用性不强。为了解决以上存在的问题,本文提出了一种基于虚拟仪器的钢轨磨耗检测的系统设计,该系统主要利用非接触检测原理,结合电涡流位移传感器与NI公司的LabVIEW和PXI设备,实现在线式的实时检测、处理、分析等功能,具有成本低、精度高、操作简单等特点。验证性实验结果表明了该系统具有比其它方法更优越的性能。关键词:钢轨;磨耗检测;涡流传感器;虚拟仪器Abstract: The tech
