1、摘要’建筑节能是各种节能途径中非常有效的方式，而智能化技术又是建筑节能十分有效的手段。但是，由于相应的评估手段没有建立起来，智能建筑是否节能，节能效果如何?没有数据支持。建立智能建筑节能评估系统对建筑能耗进行计量、统计、分析、节能评估，为智能建筑节能提供的理论和数据支持。目前，对智能建筑节能评估的研究很少，借助智能化技术对建筑节能评估系统进行统一管理的研究更是空白。鉴于此，本论文提出了智能建筑节能评估系统的实现方法，并通过协同的集成软件对该节能评估系统进行集成管理。本论文首先对智能化技术在建筑照明、空调、给排水系统中的节能策

2、略进行全面的分析，研究智能化技术在建筑节能中的应用，明确智能建筑节能评估的对象和内容。其次，根据智能建筑节能评估的对象和内容，提出智能建筑节能评估系统设计思路和智能建筑节能评估方法，实现了基于这种节能评估方法的能耗分项计量，为智能建筑节能评估系统实现提供数据支持。然后，提出了对评估系统实现集成管理的方法，即采用智能建筑集成系统SynchrolBMS软件，实现了节能评估系统与其它建筑设备监控系统共享数据，再通过实时信息门户系统SynchroRtPortal软件将建筑节能评估系统融入智能建筑集成管理平台，实现对其的集成管理和信息

3、发布。最后对论文进行了总结，提出下一步的工作方向。本论文提出了智能建筑节能评估系统的实现方法，扩展了建筑智能化的内容，丰富了智能建筑的内涵。对推进智能建筑节能，具有很强使用价值和现实意义。关键词：智能建筑，分项计量，节能评估方法，SynchrolBMSAbstractBuildingenergy-savingisthemosteffectiveenergy—savingmethod，andintelligenttechnologyisaeffectivewayinbuildingenergy—saving．However，t
