1、基于NEC单片机的单相智能电能表设计摘要’随着集成电路和微计算机控制技术的不断进步以及用户需求的不断增长,当前电能表的局限性不断暴露出来,也严重制约着我国电力行业的发展。当前政府正在大规模推进的智能电网建设,对电能表的需求也不断提高,因此开发出能满足当前智能电网建设需求的智能电表就显得尤为迫切。本文分析了国内外智能电网研究现状,智能电网建设对智能电能表的需求以及新型智能电能表设计的重大意义,结合智能卡技术,设计出一款符合国网规范的智能电表。该电能表采用具有高性价比的NEC单片机I.tPD78F0527作为主处理器,充分利用了其丰富的接口和外围资源,采用专用
2、计量芯片RN8209对用户用电信息进行采集和计量,引入CPU卡和ESAM模块来实现高效安全的费控管理,配合电源电路、存储和时钟芯片以及通讯电路,完成单相智能电能表设计。本文参照国网规范,提出了单相智能电能表设计方案,给出了硬件设计框架和软件主程序流程,并对部分硬件模块进行了详细介绍,重点阐述了计量模块、智能卡处理模块以及费控模块实现,最后对电能表进行了计量校准,并根据相关规范对本地预付费功能进行了测试。关键字:智能电表;CPU卡;嵌入式安全控制模块;片上操作系统;RN8209Single-phaseSmartMeterDesigningbasedonNEC
