1、含风储联合单元的电力系统两阶段日前调度模型张学军1,王振2(1.山西大学动力工程系,太原030013;2.山西大学电力工程系,太原030013)摘要:针对电力市场环境下含风储联合单元的电力系统日前调度问题,建立了两阶段调度优化模型。第一阶段基于描述风功率不确定性的概率场景集,考虑弃风和投标偏差惩罚,以风储联合单元的期望收益最大为目标,优化单元的日前投标量;第二阶段考虑风储联合单元出力偏差惩罚、环境成本和网络约束等因素,以系统综合运行成本最小为目标,进行日前机组组合优化。此外,还提出了一种日前出清偏差惩罚机制。IEEE-30节点6机系统的
