1、山东大学博士学位论文高炉回旋区湍流特性研究姓名:郭术义申请学位级别:博士专业:机械设计及理论指导教师:葛培琪;陈举华20060425利用CFX虚拟软件完成了热态湍流数学模型的数值计算以及计算结果的可视化。分析了通过高炉风口轴线的回旋区水平截面内气体速度、回旋区温度和煤气流成分分布。并对气体CO和C02在不同高度上水平截面内的分布进行了分析研究。煤气流分布的研究结果对推断高炉软熔带形状有一定的参考作用,对高炉基本操作制度的选择有帮助意义。对比分析了济钢1#1750m3高炉回旋区红外测湿实验数据与数值模拟结果。数值模拟结果偏大,但变化趋势与实验结果基本吻合。依据复变函数论的二维
2、Fourier级数理论,对回旋区湍流方程组进行Fourier级数分析,利用欧拉公式和傅氏三角级数变换,证明了回旋区湍流方程的混沌特性,为回旋区湍流混沌控制提供了一定的理论基础。本文得到了山东省自然科学基金项目(Y2002F19)和山东省科学技术发展计划项目(012050107)资助。关键词高炉;回旋区:湍流;混沌理论IvABSTRACTIron&steelisregarded船thepdmuryrawmaterialinnationaleconomyandsocialdevelopment.Itisthesupportingindustryinmodernizationde
