1、徽州木结构古民宅的结构特性研究摘要本文在总结前人研究成果、广泛调查，并虚心向徽州老工匠、老艺人请教的基础上，对徽州木结构古民宅的结构、构造、营造技术、材料进行了研究；选取具有代表性和普遍意义的小型徽卅I木结构古民宅为研究对象，确定屋盖中各结构构件的计算简图、建立古民宅木构架的三维有限元计算模型，计算出相应的内力、应力和位移；根据计算结果，评价结构的安全性，探索影响结构特性和结构可靠性的关键因素、关键部位和构件，分析营造中的合理方法和有效措施，为古民宅的保护和利用，提供理论依据，促进形成古民宅保护和利用的良性循环。小型古民宅多为通柱造穿斗式木构架，梁(或枋)与柱采用榫卯连接，为半刚性连

2、接。通过计算表明，古民宅的材料应力小于《木结构设计规范))GB50005—2003中材料的容许应力，结构是安全的，且具有较大的安全度；脊柱的安全可靠是整个木构架、以至古民宅不发生倒塌等毁灭性破坏的关键；古民宅的破坏往往不是构件破坏，而是结构破坏，同时预示了可能出现的最危险部位；徽卅I古民宅具有明显的地域特征，通过平面布局、设置“关键”和雀替、采用月梁，增大截面尺寸，木构架产生内聚力等有效措施提高结构的可靠性。关键词：木结构；徽州古民宅；半刚性连接；有限元分析4StudyOlltheStructuralCharacteristicsofHuizhouVernacularDwelling
