3、echnologyandmaterials.Intheinternationalmarketsthebig—sizedandhigh-qualityKDPcrystalfallsintoshortofsupply.ThefocusoftheresearchonKDPcrystalinrecentyearsistryingtoincreaseKDPgrowthrate,shortenitsgrowthcycleanddecreaseitscostatthepreconditiontoassuringitshi曲opticalquality.Themethodoftemperatur

4、ereductionistheusualmethodofKDPcrystalgrowth.Itisveryimportantmaintainingarlappropriaterateoftemperaturereductioninorderthatthesolutionisstayinginmetastablezoneduringtheperiodofgrowth.So,intheprocessofcrystalgrowth,allappropriatesupersaturationofthesolutionneededbeconsideredpivotally.Inthispa

6、closed,growthsolutionshouldbecontrolledappropriatelybytherateoftemperaturereduction.Thestabilityandpurityofthegrowingsolutionhavemorenotableinfluenceongrowthrateandquailty.ThepHvalueofthegrowingsolutionchangesthemorphologyofthegrowncrystal.pH=4.5istheappropriatevalueforKDPcrystalgrowthfromsol
