2、pert8.06响应曲面法设计实验,建立多元二次回归方程预测模型,进一步确定固定化微生物的最佳实验参数组合,并在最佳参数条件下验证模型的准确性。结果表明,预测模型准确;在土壤含油率为4.72(质量分数)时,固定化微生物修复35d,响应面优化得到固定化微生物最佳降解条件为Wc:WN:Wp:100:9.79:1,接种量1O.34、含水率17.8(质量分数),石油烃降解率为42.4,高于单因素最优条件时的4O.8;对石油烃降解率影响的显著性从大到小的因素依次是接种量、含水率、Wc/w。关键词:固定化微生物;石油污染土壤;响应面;优化条件中图分类号:X53文献标识码:Ad
