2、ionintheworldhasbecomeanirresistibletrend.Multivariablepredictivecontroltechnique,soft—sensingtechniqueandintelligentcontroltechniquehavebeenmaintoolstoimplementadvancedprocesscontrol,andprocesssimulationtechniqueforadvancedprocesscontrolsystemsprovidesstrongsupporttofurtherinc
3、reasebenefitsoftheunits.Basedontheconclusionofthestatusofresearchanddevelopmentoftheadvancedprocesscontrolincontinuouscatalyticreforming(CCR)unit,thethesiscarriedoutpredictivecontrol,intelligentcontrolandsoft-sensingalgorithms,etc.fordevelopmentandimplementationofadvancedproces
4、scontrolsystemofthelarge—scaleCCRunit,andstudiedtheprocesssimulationandoptimizationappliedtotheCCRadvancedprocesscontrolsystem.Then,thesuccessstoryoftheAPCapplicationwasgiven.Themaincontributionsandcontentsofthispaperaredescribedasfollows:1.Onthebasisofanalyzingtherelevantdomes
5、ticandinternationaldevelopmenttrendsofadvancedprocesscontroltechnology,thepredictivecontrol,softsensorandprocesssimulationtechnologieswerediscussed.TheoverallstrategyandstructureoftheCCRadvancedprocesscontrolsystemweregiven.2.ForCCRfumacecontrolcharacteristics,theeffectivenesso
6、fthecalorificvaluefluctuationsoffuelgastooutlettemperaturecontrolwasmainlyanalyzed.AnewpredictivecontrolalgorithmbasedonthecumulativedeviationsofmodelpredictionwasproposedandappliedtoadvancedprocesscontroloftheCCRfurnace’Soutlettemperature.Theapplicationresultsindicatedthatthea
