2、toassurethesafeoilconveyance,it’sveryimportanttocarryonroutineinspectionofseabedpipelinestofindoutthedefectsofthepipelinesasearlyaspossible.Thisresearchisoneofthemostimportantpartsofthenational863keyproject–“RobertandDetectiontecnologyinoceanpipeline”.Themaintaskofthisresea
3、rchistobuildamagneticfluxleak(MFL)detectionsystembasedonFlatmetal-board.Thenanentiredatabasewhichincludingthe3DinformationofMFLisfoundedbyANSYS.ThedatabaseisusedastheexamplesforthetrainingofNeuralNetworks.Firstly,thedissertationbrieflyintroducestheMFLdetectionprinciple.Then
4、brieflyintroducesthemakeupoftheMFLdetectionsystemwhichiscomposedbymechanicaldevice,Hallsensorarray,hardwarecircuit,ADwinDataAcquisitionsystem,andthevirtualinstrumentsystem.TheVirtualinstrumentisprogrammedbyVisualBasicwhichisusedforcontrollingthedataacquisitionandsavingproce
5、ss.Intheexperiment,wedetecttheMFLsignalofdefectinflatmetal-board,analyzetheinfluenceindifferentsizeofcolumnedandrectangledefecttotheMFL.Accordingtothemaincharacterofdefectsuchasdepth,widthandlength,sumupthegeneralconclusionbetweentheMFLanddefect.ThatistheareaofMFLisincrease
