4、tionprojectoftheGeermu—LasasectioninQinghai·Tibetline．First，thisstudyreviewedthedevelopmentalhistoryofGSM—RinChinaandexaminedthestatusinquooftheexistingFPapplicationtoillustratetheresearchbackgroundandtheresearchdirectionoftheGSM—RFPmethod．Second，thebasicknowledgeofGSM．RFPwasin

5、troduced，andthestrategiesofGSM／GSM—RFPwerediscussedfromthelayerofGSMtechnicalspecification．Meanwhile，throughtherelevantliteraturereviewonGSM，thecommonstepsofaFPmethodweresummarized．Third，basedontheabovediscussion，afrequencyplanningmethodapplicabletotheactualneedsofGSM-Rwireless

6、networkWasproposed．Then，withtheplanevaluationstandardsderivedformtheproposedmethod，theFPoftheQinghai-Tibetlinewasevaluated．Finally,threeexampleplansderivedfromtheproposedmethodwerepresentedandevaluated，includingtheirapplicabilityanalysis．Basedontheactualdatafromsomeprojects，the

7、discussionontheGSM—RFPmethod，andtheproposedthreeexampleplans，thisstudyputforwardsomethoughtsonthebetterutilizationoffrequencyresources．Fromtheperspectiveoftheoreticalanalysis，thethreeproposedexampleplans，i．e．Plan(7，5，5)，Plan(6，6，6)andPlan(6，5，5)，weretosomeextentimprovedOVerthef
