3、Scapacityexpansionandinfluencingitsreliability.Therefore,asforGSM-R’Stechnicaldevelopmentandserviceexpansion,itisimportanttodevelopamatureandapplicablemethodofGSM-Rfrequencyplanning(abbreviatedasGSM—RFP).ThepresentstudyaimedtoinvestigatetheGSM—RFPmethodbasedonthenetworkoptimiza
4、tionprojectoftheGeermu—LasasectioninQinghai·Tibetline.First,thisstudyreviewedthedevelopmentalhistoryofGSM—RinChinaandexaminedthestatusinquooftheexistingFPapplicationtoillustratetheresearchbackgroundandtheresearchdirectionoftheGSM—RFPmethod.Second,thebasicknowledgeofGSM.RFPwasin
5、troduced,andthestrategiesofGSM/GSM—RFPwerediscussedfromthelayerofGSMtechnicalspecification.Meanwhile,throughtherelevantliteraturereviewonGSM,thecommonstepsofaFPmethodweresummarized.Third,basedontheabovediscussion,afrequencyplanningmethodapplicabletotheactualneedsofGSM-Rwireless
6、networkWasproposed.Then,withtheplanevaluationstandardsderivedformtheproposedmethod,theFPoftheQinghai-Tibetlinewasevaluated.Finally,threeexampleplansderivedfromtheproposedmethodwerepresentedandevaluated,includingtheirapplicabilityanalysis.Basedontheactualdatafromsomeprojects,the
7、discussionontheGSM—RFPmethod,andtheproposedthreeexampleplans,thisstudyputforwardsomethoughtsonthebetterutilizationoffrequencyresources.Fromtheperspectiveoftheoreticalanalysis,thethreeproposedexampleplans,i.e.Plan(7,5,5),Plan(6,6,6)andPlan(6,5,5),weretosomeextentimprovedOVerthef
