2、457001)摘要:针对川东北地区上部陆相地层砂岩、泥岩、页岩互层频繁,硬度大,研磨性强,常规钻井液钻井机械钻速低,而气体钻井由于地层出水无法顺利进行的技术难点,研发了适合该地区上部地层钻进的空气泡沫流体配方,研制了HX一350型环隙式机械消泡器,形成了可循环空气泡沫钻井技术。元坝10井≠660.4iTIm导眼段应用了可循环空气泡沫钻井技术,该井段的平均机械钻速为4.88m/h,与邻井常规钻井液钻井井段相比,平均机械钻速提高了3倍;消泡器消泡效果显著,累计回收泡沫基液2230Ill,节约清水2230m。,污水处理量减少2230m
