1、摘要本论文通过对小区的智能化需求进行分析，提出并实现基于以太网的智能小区网络管理系统整体构架方案，并介绍了与数字社区开发的第一代家庭网关的双向通讯，以及SMTP、POP3和Winsock技术在智能小区中的应用。主要是采用ASP、XML、SQL、．NET、VB等技术，目的是解决智能小区的上层管理系统设计和家庭用户的远程抄表、紧急报警、紧急呼救、远程控制等问题。实现了一个完整智能小区管理系统设计方案，并通过实时从家庭网关发送八表数据、报警和紧急呼救邮件，同时从智能小区管理平台发送控制信息、短信息、数据重发信息和校对时间数据，实现了远程监控、远

2、程抄表、防盗报警、紧急呼救、短信服务等功能。论文中给出了小区局域网的构建方案，介绍了当前流行的几种宽带接入技术，结合小区的应用熏点介绍了发展前景较好的以太网接入技术。构架了小区管理系统的数据库和网站，数据库采用SQL2000，管理界面采用．NET解决方案，通过XML服务建立与数据库的连接；后台运行VB程序，实时监控邮件服务器获取家庭网关发送的邮件，并作相应的数据采集、解码、入库和展示等操作。最后将智能小区管理系统按照家庭信息服务系统、住宅自动化系统、小区物业管理系统三部分进行功能详细介绍。关键词：智能小区、家庭网关、以太网、ASP、XML
