2、区地质条件复杂,中上部地层泥岩发育,井壁稳定性差,下部地层存在异常高压,岩石均质性差、夹层多,造成井身结构优化和钻头选型困难、井下复杂时率高、机械钻速低、钻井周期长等钻井难题。为此,开展了地层压力系统分析和岩石力学特性参数评价、井身结构优化、个性化PDC钻头优选以及钻井液体系优选等方面的研究和应用,取得了显著的效果,平均机械钻速提高了30.4%,井下复杂时率降低至0.35%,钻井周期缩短了10.5d,实现了多口井不下技术套管钻井,大幅度降低了钻井成本。该探区优快高效钻井配套技术的成功应用,对加快阜东地区油气勘探
