2、区地质条件复杂，中上部地层泥岩发育，井壁稳定性差，下部地层存在异常高压，岩石均质性差、夹层多，造成井身结构优化和钻头选型困难、井下复杂时率高、机械钻速低、钻井周期长等钻井难题。为此，开展了地层压力系统分析和岩石力学特性参数评价、井身结构优化、个性化PDC钻头优选以及钻井液体系优选等方面的研究和应用，取得了显著的效果，平均机械钻速提高了30．4％，井下复杂时率降低至0．35％，钻井周期缩短了10．5d，实现了多口井不下技术套管钻井，大幅度降低了钻井成本。该探区优快高效钻井配套技术的成功应用，对加快阜东地区油气勘探
