4、mpanythatispurchasing,haspurchased,orisusingtheProducts,Software,FirmwareorDocumentation)andAlertonTechnologies,Inc.,6670-185thAvenueNE,Redmond,Washington98052USA.("Alerton").PURCHASEOFALERTONPRODUCTSORUSEOFSOFTWARE,FIRMWAREAND/ORACCOMPANYINGDOCUMENTATIONINDICATESUSER’SCOMPLETEANDUN
5、CONDITIONALACCEPTANCEOFTHETERMSANDCONDITIONSSETFORTHINTHISAGREEMENT.AlertonprovidesAlertonproducts("Products"),softwareprograms("Software"),firmware,e.g.,protocols,softwareprogramcode,devicedriversandrelatedhardware("Firm-ware")andaccompanyingdocumentation("Documentation")andgrantsa
