1、摘要本文针对南堡油田馆陶组火成岩强度大、硬度高、可钻性差、机械钻速慢、钻井效率低等技术难题,开展了新型PDC钻头个性化设计和现场试验研究。首先,对南堡油田馆陶组火成岩地层的岩石可钻性、声波时差和密度等物理力学参数进行了试验测定;并通过大量的岩心试验,研究了岩石可钻性级值及抗压强度与测井资料的相关关系,建立了利用测井声波时差资料预测地层可钻性的数学模型,并利用该数学模型对南堡油田馆陶组地层的可钻性进行了分析;然后,通过PDC钻头台架试验,对适合南堡油田馆陶组玄武岩地层的PDC钻头布齿设计参数进行优选研究,根据优选结果研制了12.1/4”P2653Z
2、型PDC钻头,在南堡油田馆陶组中上段的砂泥岩和玄武岩地层中,取得了较好的使用效果,与牙轮钻头相比,机械钻速提高了60%,钻头进尺提高了l倍以上;研制了12.1/4”P3653ZZ型PDC钻头,在南堡油田馆陶组中下段的玄武岩和砂砾岩地层中取得了较好的使用效果,机械钻速高达6.45m/h,单只钻头进尺高达358米,达到了历史最好水平。目前已大量推广应用,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。关键词:火成岩PDC钻头设计试验可钻性优选TheDesignofPDCBitforDrillingPyrogeneticRockinNanpuOilFieldDingS
