1、中国石油大学(华东)硕士学位论文负压脉冲射流洗井机理研究姓名:贾学臣申请学位级别:硕士专业:油气井工程指导教师:杨永印20080401摘要油井在采油生产过程中,油井炮孔出现的各种堵塞物严重影响油井的正常生产。负压脉冲射流洗井技术可以有效清除炮孔堵塞,起到增产增注效果。本文理论和实验相结合对负压脉冲射流洗井过程中水力参数、振荡腔结构参数对压力脉动幅值的影响,以及脉冲波在堵塞炮孔中的传播哀减规律展开研究。为了研究负压脉冲射流的洗井机理,利用人造岩样模拟炮孔堵塞物,实验研究了负压脉冲射流的部分洗井机理,实验发现
2、:负压脉冲冲击可有效降低人造岩样强度;负压脉冲射流的负压对于提高人造岩样渗透率非常有利;脉冲幅值越大,对人造岩样的清洗效果越好;脉冲射流作用的时间越长,对人造岩样的清洗效果越好。根据工作原理,设计了负压脉冲射流清洗炮孔模拟装置,理论和实验研究了水力参数、振荡腔结构参数对负压脉冲射流脉动幅值的影响,实验发现:负压脉冲幅值随工具压降的增大而增大;负压脉冲幅值随振荡腔室体积增大而减小。利用炮孔填砂模拟堵塞程度,通过实验得到了负压脉冲射流在不同堵塞程度的炮孑L中压力波的衰减规律,堵塞越轻,负压波衰减越轻,其有效传
