2、后转基因植株的花朵雄配子即完全败育袁其中袁低浓度渊<20mmol窑L-1冤下完全败育的时间为20d袁高浓度渊>30mmol窑L-1冤下完全败育的时间为15d遥低浓度草甘膦处理的花粉粒的完全败育持续时间约20d袁高浓度草甘膦处理完全败育的持续时间更长遥不同间隔时间喷施草甘膦的试验结果表明袁间隔20d喷一次草甘膦袁即可在首次喷药20d后保持完全不育遥考虑到气候等因素袁转基因抗草甘膦棉花可在现蕾初期喷施20mmol窑L-1的草甘膦袁每隔15d渊遇特殊气候可延长5d冤喷1次,共喷4次袁即可进行不去雄杂交棉制种遥关键词院草甘膦曰杀雄剂曰杂交制种曰不育机理中图分类号院S562.03文献标志码院A文章
