4、nthericeorganmorphologyanddrymatteraccumulationduringpanicleinitiationstage.TwomidGindicaricecultivars(Huanghuazhan,heatGtolerant;Fengliangyou6,heatGsensitive)wereplantedandexposedtohightemperature(40℃,10:00-15:00),andnormaltemperature(32℃,10:00-15:00)duringbranchGspikeletdifferen
5、tiationstage(I)andpollenmothercellformationGmeiosisstage(Ⅱ),meanwhilericewasgrowninambientconditionsasCK.Theresultsindicatedthat,1)atstageIhightemperatureinhibitedpanicleinitiation,extendingthepanicleinitiationstageby2.5-8.8d,whileatstageⅡ,by6.8-7.1d,whichshortenedthelengthoftheto
6、pinternodeandreducedtheheadingdegree,especiallyinFengliangyou6.2)Heatstressatpanicleinitiationstagesignificantlydecreasedthenumberandthesizeofspikelets,whichmightbeduetothesignificantdifferenceintreatmentperiod.HightemperatureatstageIinhibitedspikeletdifferentiation,whileatstageⅡ,
7、heatstressmainlypromotedspikeletdegeneration,thedegenerationrateofthetwocultivarswereupto50%,with‘Fengliangyou6’havingahigherratio.HightemperatureexposureatstageⅡalsosignificantlydeclinedthesizeofanther,andthespikeletfertility.3)Hightemperaturepromotedthegrowthofthetopthreeleaves,
