5、etheeffectsofBtriceonthegenerationfitnessofnonGtargetpestatdifferentnitrogenrates,aswallasthepotentialimpactofBtriceandnitrogenfertilizerlevelsonnonGtargetpest,thebrownplantthopper(BPH)(Nilaparvatalugens)andthewhitebackedplanthopper(WBPH)(Sogatellafurcif
6、era),weresuccessivelyculturedforfourgenerationsonBtrice,T1CG19withcry1CandT2AG1withcry2A,andtheirparentalriceMinghui263,atnitrogenratesof0,100and250kg/hm.TheresultsindicatedthattheecologicalfitnessoftheBPHandWBPHwasincreasedwiththeincreasingnitrogenferti
7、lizerlevel,includingshortenednymphdevelopmentalduration,enhancedfecundity,prolongedlongevity,increasednymphsurvivalrate,femaleweight,egghatchabilityandpopulationgrowthrate.Thereweresignificantdifferencesinriceplanthoppernymphaldevelopmentduration,bodywei
