1、中图分类号:TE53单位代码:11414学号:2014212585题目BX8-1油田水井欠注原因分析及对策研究专业或领域石油与天然气工程研究方向油气田开发工程专业硕士生陈昊指导教师马新仿副教授现场导师张旭东工程师二○一七年五月摘要摘要本文针对渤西作业区BX8-1油田在注水开发过程中存在的注入压力偏高、水井欠注、酸化防膨频繁等问题,采用铸体薄片、扫描电镜、X射线衍射及压汞实验等技术,同时结合岩心动态流动实验在室内开展了储层地质特征分析、储层敏感性实验评价、注入水与地层流体配伍性评价、注入水与储层岩石配伍性评价、注水过程中储层保护化学药剂的筛选等研究。研究结果表明储层粘土矿物含量较高,以
2、伊/蒙混层和伊利石为主;渗透率分布区间大,储层非均质性较强;储集空间以粒间孔、粒内溶孔为主;喉道类型以管束状和片状/弯片状喉道为主,连通性较差。油田主力层位水敏中等偏强到强,速敏中等偏弱到弱,酸敏和碱敏均为弱。油田注入水源包含四个油田的生产污水,生产污水结垢能力强,注入水结垢能力强于地层水;生产污水间、注入水与地层水间、注入水与储层岩石间均存在不配伍。注入水中悬浮物含量及粒径中值、微生物含量超标严重。水敏伤害、注入水结垢能力强、注入水与储层流体和岩石配伍性差、注入水水质不达标是造成注水压力高、水井欠注、酸化防膨频繁的主要原因。针对研究区储层伤害类型及程度大小,通过对注入水组成及配比、
